We are national outside counsel for Ashland Inc.  In that capacity we handle all labor and employment matters, including EEOC charges and employment litigation, on a nationwide-basis.  We also litigate SOX whistleblower claims and asserted workers’ compensation retaliation lawsuits.  Additionally, we provide supervisor training on topics including discipline, discharges, hiring practices, workers’ compensation, ADA and FMLA interaction, etc. with the aim of avoiding costly litigation claims. Lastly, we represent Ashland in labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges related to its unionized workforce.
